Tech Lead & Dev Ops Manager
The Lead Developer leads the MYBOS engineering teams, including software architecture, software development, testing and cloud deployment.
This role is responsible for ensuring technical excellence at MYBOS, and the continuous improvement of software development. Ensures software which delivers increased profitability, process optimisation and building solutions which automate complexity
This role succeeds when we ship new features and products that delight our customers.
Working collectively with management whilst leading the development team, you will lead technology direction and architecture, supporting and mentoring software developers to deliver great products. To achieve our goals, we need to be able to easily adopt new technologies, evolve our existing systems and build what we need now whilst designing for our future growth.
